Have you tried Mednafen, or the Beetle Saturn libretro core based on Mednafen?
Hello mate, just out of curiosity: how do you emulate the Saturn?
Kronos for Windows has been dead for a long time, I was fortunate enough to download the emulator version for Windows before it was took down but It works horribly, truly.
