No. All downloads are through HTTPS, which means it’s encrypted and they can’t see what you’re downloading. As such, they can’t do anything. But torrents on the other hand are not encrypted and that’s why they’re easier to track IP addresses and stuff.

I suppose I'm more worried from an ISP standpoint. Do you think my ISP would report me or cut my internet off if they see that I downloaded a snes rom?
