Though do note that I've only heard these things, I haven't used one myself and your experience may differ.
If you're talking about what kind of storage device then I've heard lots of good things about SSHD (aka Hybrid Drives), they have the capacity of an HDD and the speed of an SSD, but apparently they're also pretty reliable.
