How to use PlayStation .bin & .cue files

All of the PSX games on here come as .bin & .cue files. How to I play these on ePSXe emulator?
I have found some forums elsewhere that say to burn these files to a single .iso, but I've tried this and I must be doing something wrong, because the .iso is not working either (used ImgBurn to create .iso).
Can someone please provide a very plain-english explanation for how to correctly play these files on ePSXe emulator?
