Ok for a serious answer let me put it this way: Translating a game alone usually takes a few months. That is, if you want a coherent, readable script. The hacking can take anywhere from a few days to a couple years depending on how hard it is. So in other words, no one here has the time or the skills to crank out a lupin or kamen rider patch for you just off the top of their heads.
