So from my little big of digging, I found out this:
"An IFS file is an interactive document generated by InfoSlips, an e-billing program used for sending financial documents to customers. ... NOTE: IFS files can be viewed with the free InfoSlips Viewer program or in a web browser using InfoSlips Online."
So something's up. That, or you misread the file extension? Make sure to double check, see if it's correct and all.
