Yes... there's a small handful of JP versions of games just like there are even some translations here, but his primary focus is on complete NA collections. So if someone is looking for collections of JP releases, like the OP seems to be, they're better off going somewhere else
Vimm does sometimes host Japanese releases, but not a lot of them. Off the top of my head I can recall there being a Japanese ROM of Dragon Quest V and Star Fox 2.
