I have no idea what the issue is but it sounds like it's the emulator and not the rom. Maybe try deleting it and downloading the latest build?

I assume your PC meets the required specs for Wii emulation?

All of my Gamecube games are running perfectly. It's only when I launch the Wii Systems menu to load the game does it crash. If I load it straight out of Dolphin it freezes the entire program. I am not entirely sure what I need to do with the Wii settings. This is my first time using Dolphin to play Wii games
