You are probably using version 5.0 stable which is not too good seeing how it is over three years old. You need to download the latest development version (which fixes a lot of other issues as well) here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
BE SURE TO UNINSTALL THE CURRENT VERSION BEFORE TRYING TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE.
Also make sure to download the latest version of Visual Studio C++ from Microsoft here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

I am having trouble playing Klonoa for the Wii (Has anyone downloaded this game?). I really want to play it, but it keeps crashing Dolphin. Is there any way to tell if it is the game or Dolphin? I feel like it may just the emulator, but I am not an expert on the matter and a google search isn't really helping. thanks, everyone.
