Fire Emblem Awakening

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place or way to ask, but is there a project or something going on to get files for fire emblem awakening for the nintendo 3ds. I don't know if that's doable because it's on the 3ds, but titles that came out after it like pokemon black 2 are avilable, so I was just wondering
