I know the 3DS has two sets of ROMs, one set to play on the actual 3DS itself and the other set to play on an emulator. Not sure about the GBA or DS though

I am super new to this. Could I use the DS and GBA Roms on an R4 card? Would there work or do I need to use something else. Any help appreciated
