Ok make sure everything is back to default settings. Then go to Config, Video (GS), Plugin Settings... and another window will open up. Close to the top of it it will have an option called Render: with a drop menu next to it. Try OpenGL (Software). And if that doesn't work, try the other options in that drop down menu
