Ok what is the full path your games are saved in? I'm thinking it might be an issue with permissions. If the permissions are strict then that would prevent you from creating or modifying files in that folder

it was installed into my programs file yes, and under the C drive. I save a state and like i said it only saves for a minimal amount of time before deleting itself. i shift+f10, save, close the game and come back an hour later to see my file missing. and i did not change any emulator settings.
