The default installation of ePSXe should look like this

When you download your PS1 game, you have to put it in the isos folder yourself. Then you have to unzip the game because chances are it will be in a .zip or a .7z
It should look like this

I downloaded Digimon World 3 and tried playing it in ePSXe but it did not appear in the isos!! ant idea why this is happening will help.
