I'm new to this.. I think the issue might be the default box art being wrong. I'm going to try to load it and play to see if the graphics are right. Thanks for the help.

It was literally the only ROM I had downloaded at the time. Maybe it matters that I am using hakchi to load them onto the Nintendo Classic Mini. Since trying Contra I've done many other ones without issue.
