Can't extract any files from any console

I have recently downloaded The World Ends With You, Final Fantasy Tactics A2, and Persona 3 Portable, but when I try to extract these games from their compressed states, I am given an error message. Smaller games seem to work fine, such as a Garfield game I downloaded, but these games will not extract.
