Are those hacks or are they official games?

Hi, just wondering if it would be possible to upload Newer Super Mario Bros, Newer Super Luigi Bros Dark Moon, and Newer Super Mario Bros Deluxe if possible. I've been looking for safe roms, but am pretty unsure about the sites that seem to offer these games. Thank you
