As the previous poster states, you need to specify games, emulators and your own setup. Without that info, there's no way of telling.

I'm not sure, what game are you talking about?
Please refer to that emulator's wiki page for that game (if it exists) and find out if it's a bug.

If this issue is occuring for many games, consult the wiki to find if it is a bug. Also check the source's issue tracker (if existent).
