Happening to me too. I'd assume it's because he either hasn't put them on the server or made them public. Hopefully they're up soon.

I've been trying to download Persona 4 Arena Ultimax on PS3 but the page only shows the CRC, MD5, and SHA1 for the game, with no download button. Is this intentional, or is this something on my end?
