Agreed. You can still find (some) 3ds games being sold in stores and the system is not 2 generations old. It would attract unwanted attention and is close to the grey area in terms of preservation vs. piracy.
I for one think that Vimm should not add 3DS ROMs. I don't want the site to be at risk because of it.
