Gamecube Games not Extracting from File

So I download the gamecube game and try to extract it using winrar and/or 7 zip. There is no game that extracts from the download. When I try to open it, an error message pops up "The archive is either unknown format or damaged." I have tried downloading many different games and none of them are working. Whereas when I download the N64 games the game is there and then I click and add it to my SD card. Anyone know how to fix this?
