Right-click on the ROM-zip, then go to 7-zip and press "extract files" and then put it into the emulator, and then it should work

small update: I found the what i downloaded in my downloads folder but I'm still not sure what to do. I've also downloaded 7zip but I don't know how to use it. Sorry if my requests are annoying... first time emulater here
