I'm suprised that didn't work. None of those .m2ts files are encrypted to begin with so the file in the Redump ISO and the JB folder are identical. No conversion required.

All games in the PlayStation 3 Vault were decrypted from a Redump .iso as described in the included Vimm's Lair.txt file.

Just for information:

I modified the ird file to match the 2 md5s of the 0013 and 0019 (as provided). Easily done decompressed the ird file, replaced the 2 original md5 values with the new ones, regenerated the overall crc value at the end of the file was 09FDF241 now DCA9FA25 (not really needed but for completeness).
Generated the iso using PS3-ISO-Rebuilder and encrypted using PS3Dec.

iso's md5 doesn't match. 68D65F65B785AA9FB0D2D258F2E4F7B8

I tried a number of other things, e.g changing the file dates in the ISO header in the ird, playing around with the file offset, but nothing match.

Really do think the ird is correct and the scene dump files are invalid. Did you get your JB files from the original encrypted redump iso, after decrypting?

p.s. great site for redump information BTW thanks, any thoughts to providing the same information for the PAL region games? Even if you do not make the JB file available. I'm mostly interested in the ird files, so that I can dump my own disks. Not all are available on jonnysp's site. dkeys are easily obtained from the ird file.
