So you can play on Emulator or on official Wii Hardware, I can tell you how to play on Hardware, but on Dolphin it's pretty self explanatory.

I'm pretty sure you don't have cave story and I know it's a free to play game on pc, but on the Wii version there is more content including new graphics and song options (not that the new ones are better).
