I heard cxbx reloaded and xenia are the best emulators around, but at that, they aren't really good due to their lack of incompatibility.
Buy an OG Xbox or 360 and mod it to play games. You could also buy an Xbox one/series line of console and expect it to be backward-compatible with all Xbox consoles ever released.
