Driver: Parallel Lines Glitch

I am not sure if this is where it should be, but playing Driver: Parallel Lines on PCSX2 seems to be impossible? am i the only one having trouble? The font seems corrupt and i cant even get past the first menu screen after where you have two options (which led nowhere), could it be a bad iso? or is it just PCSX2 having its just the usual PCSX2 issues? i tried 4 bios's and it didnt work.
