The vault uses Redump hashes, so yes, you will have to use the Redump method to dump them.
Having this same problem, even though I ripped straight from my legit copy. I believe it's because we have to dump using the Redump method, which requires a specific disc drive. I'm so sorry but I'm not paying for that :( I rlly wanna contribute my games though
