It was only released digitally in the US, which is where most of the vaults games come from and digital games aren't available in the PS3 vault for some reason, but it was released physically in Europe and possibly other regions because I own a physical copy, so I guess the European version could be uploaded if PSN games aren't added to the vault.
I've noticed this version of the game is not on the PS3 list of games, I have a JB PS3 and a copy of the game if the game could be listed i can upload it, Sorry if this is not how things work im new here (but love this site)
