Add digital only PS3 games

I wanted to get Hotline Miami 2 because I noticed that it's playable on RPCS3, but it seems like the vault only has PS3 games that have gotten a physical release, so I think it'd be nice to have digital only PS3 games too, maybe in a separate vault like how Wii and WiiWare are separate
