Manual Extras?

Excuse any typos, I am very sick right now.
I have a whole lot of DS manuals from my childhood and was about to scan them in for this project hen I realized that one of them (Math Play) had a "Registration card." It's a post card that asks for information about the buyer of the game so they can register at... Natsume I think?
My question is, do I also scan this post card in or do I just scan the manual?
