Image Not Found (nintendo DS)

I'm trying to publish a Nintendo DS manual (Touch Mechanic, 2008), but after confirming the submission, I'm getting an error dialogue reading "image [long string of nonsense text] not found."
Skimming through the rest of this message board it seems a few other people have had the same popup, but in their case the problem was that they were submitting the first manual ever uploaded for that console. And skimming through the list of DS games, I can see that there are some DS manuals in place already.
What's goin' on... Is there an error on my end that could explain this?
