Hmm. Weird, I remember for NDs they had the frameskip option, but doesn't matter! At least there's other alternatives such as DS player! But big thanks for the addition!
I've switched the JavaScript emulator in The Vault. PS1 games are now enabled but DS performance is still painful so it remains disabled.
