Option for games in XEX format

System: Xbox 360
This isn't necessarily a specific request, but I would absolutely love to have Xbox 360 games in the XEX format rather than ISO, similar to how Xbox games have the option of ISO or XISO.ISO! I want this option because an XEX has all of the files open, it is much easier to modify games this way. I keep seeing so many cool mods for Forza Horizon and many times they are file replacements rather than something you can plop in as "Title Update" data.
