[Xbox 360] Quantum Theory (USA) - ROM problem?

Just wondering if this ROM is problematic? It won't load in my JTAG 360. Mind you, no other sources for this ROM on the Internet do either. I'm not sure if this means my 360 just doesn't like it, or if they are all descended from the same bad rip.
