for some reason mGBA tries to install to D:/

the thing is I renamed D:/ to E:/ and I can't figure out how to get it to install to a E:/ or F:/ or C:/ it just gives me an error message saying the drive I am trying to install it to (D:/) does not exist, is it a mGBA thing because I have never used any other emulator for GB/GBC/GBA games, I also did have mGBA working on my 3ds (I have full CFW on my 3ds and wii u and am looking into modding my switch).
