PC games don't use ROM files, they just use installers and you can run them on Linux using Proton, no need for an emulator. The Internet Archive (archive.org) is a good source for retro PC games, as well as My Abandonware (myabandonware.com).

I have batocera on mini pc for emulation. Was really wanting to play some of the older PC games I grew up playing when I was younger. How can I get games like theme park world and sim city onto batocera and playable. Are there rom files somewhere that I just cant find for these? Thank you.
