Error on downloads

I'm attempting to download a PSX game, and I'm getting this error:
"You're currently downloading LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 for the PS3.
Please wait for your download to finish before starting another.
If you're not downloading this, please click here to cancel your download."
Not only am I not downloading that, I never had. No downloads are currently active. Rebooted Chrome, and no love. Any idea what's going on?
