I was thinking about this just yesterday.
Probably close to 80 TB.
I say that because The Rom Depot has 32 TB but its library is not complete for most systems and whoever runs it has a lot of old games for older PCs and not so popular systems like Texas Calculators and stuff like that.
Vimm has the complete PS3 library, among others so that's my guess

i was curious how much total data worth of ROMs is being hosted, because it cant be a small number
