If you're using a physical 3ds you should try installing hshop. It has everything from the 3ds eshop archived on it. This includes videos, games and any other thing that might've been on there. Best part is the games will download straight onto the 3ds without needing any further setup after installing the homebrew application, so basically no switching between a computer and your 3ds all the time.
I'm not using an emulator for 3ds. I'm using an actual 3ds. just trying to find some roms to see if it works
