At default it should be the Backspace key, but it can be changed by clicking Options then holding the mouse over Joypad then over Configure then click 1 and you can change it. Does work with logitech dual action game pad.

What is the button for the select button for the Visual Boy Advanced emulator? I've been trying to figure it out forever without any luck.
