Update: it seems to be working off of tor browser, so it's either chrome 63 or the wifi router.

whenever I try to download mario galaxy 2 it starts normally then slows down over time until it complete stops downloading at all. I've tried downloading it using a vpn as well and the same issue happens. (I'm using chrome 63)
