This website is hosted by 1 guy, he's paying for this. He's been doing it for nearly 20 years, he can't exactly let everyone download at that speed.
mine allows me to download at 300mbps. I downloaded the witcher 3 in 15-20 mins, yet xenoblade chronicles takes 6 hours? something defo up with this sites network
