Hey I've been having the same issues all morning. I was using chrome but then downloaded Firefox and tried that. See if it works as a temporary fix for you too maybe?

So I have been downloading some ps1 games and I get this error saing that I am currently still downloading something and that if I'm not then to try later. Several hours later I am still getting this.
Any suggestions? I tried already clearing cache cookies ;P
