Yes, you can't just open these games up. You need an emulator. The only Gamecube emulator (that I know of) for mobile is Dolphin, which requires a good phone.
Sorry about that I wrote it on the wrong board and got lazy the second time,but I’ve tried downloads a GameCube rom and nothing seems to be working do I need a special app?
