ZSNES version 800c for DOS will probably run pretty well on a sub-300 MHz computer. You can get it here. Just don't expect as many features as the latest versions.
Windows versions of ZSNES require DirectX 8.0 or higher to run.
I have a very old computer. What once was a Windows 95 is now an upgraded 98. I downloaded the ZSNES emulator for my computer. It won't display. I can hear the music from the game, but all I see is the black box. Is my computer out of date? Did I do something wrong? Is there a version of SNES that would work properly with my computer? Thank you.
