PCSX2 BIOS

hi , i dowloaded the bios you provided in the emulation liar and im still finding trouble having any of the games i downloaded work can you please help me.I downloaded other roms and they are all working fine with retroarch, but pscx2 is a little confusing to me . this is what is says :-
