I've pinged the download server a few times, and it seems that the server itself is not suffering from packet loss, so I am still unsure what's causing the outage. Will be staying on the look out for when the servers come back up.
Its the next day and the GameCube vault still isn't working for me. I have had the wii and ps2 vault working but not the Gamecube though
