Assuming you're talking about SNES9X, you'd press the [Tab] key, IIRC.

I was in the middle of playing KING ARTHURS WORLD on SNES in I mistakenly press the button which now everything is in full speed, but unable to locate the correct button to fix. Does anyone know how to turn off thanks?
