Re: HELP ME!

If you have downloaded and unzipped your emulator (I would recommend znes) into a folder, then put the games in that same folder. Now you can open the games one of two ways. If you click on the game program your system may ask you what program you'd like to open it with. This would be a good opportunity to make it so your operating system always automatically uses znes to open *.snc files. Alternatively, you can open znes and click on "file" in the upper left. You're in the ugly world of dos now, so some things may be tedious. In the blank below the larger windows but above the set of buttons at the bottom, type in the filepath of the desired game. You can just type in the filepath to your general games file, and see a list in the right window of the games you have there. This is the best I can do, not knowing more about what you're working with. "What doesn't kill you doesn't make you stronger, it just doesn't kill you."
