Incorrect GC File Sizes

Hey,
I was just wondering if the wrong files are being offered here for some GameCube games. The scrubbed version should be much smaller than what is being downloaded.
There are quite a few of them, for example Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean says that scrubbed should be 257mb, but the download is actually closer 1.3gb.
Either way is fine, but just thought I would see if this is an error.
